Easter was fun. It was just myself Joe and the Kids this year. The children are so adorable and Joseph is a great big brother and Sarah is already trying to keep up with him. She crawls after him at home and belly laughs as she watches him play.

Just Beachy

We had a great time at the beach we spent so much time swiming and reading and playing. Joseph even took his naps on the beach in his stroller under the shaded cover. He loved the water, yes he ate a little sand but he survived.

I always fall for Fall

For Halloween we were The little Rascals. Alfalfa, Darla, and Spot. We put together the backdrop as well for our church Trunk or Treat. Then Joseph played dress up some more because he loves Halloween too!

He's 29, He's a Dad...and yes, He has braces

Joe turned 29 years old this month. He graded papers his entire birthday weekend. Not to worry though, I inturrupted his dutiful grading to present him with a birthday shake complete with candles and a birthday gift. We went out to dinner a day later to celebrate. Joe smiled big for the camera with little Joe in his arm trying to eat his thumb. ---look closely and check out Daddy Joe's new braces!

CUTE BRACES STORY *Joe was at school and 4 students that he had last year shouted out in the hall to him "Mr. Ashby, Mr. Ashby, did you get braces"? To which he responded, "yes". Then all four students smiled at the same time and, you guessed it, all four of his former students also had braces. It just made me laugh when he came home and told me the story.*
